Glass services

Three things we are asked to do most

Each job starts with the glass itself: what is damaged, how deep, and what the vehicle needs afterwards.

Windscreen repair

Chips, bullseyes and short cracks are assessed for repair first. If a repair holds, you keep the original glass and the original seal.

Glass replacement

When damage is beyond repair, the glass is replaced with a part matched to your vehicle, and the seals and trims are refitted properly.

Vehicle care consultation

A condition check that covers glass, wipers and the parts of the car that affect how the glass performs — with a simple maintenance plan.

What a condition check covers

Repair or replace

The question that decides the job

Most glass damage is not a straight replacement. Size, position and depth decide it — and so does whether the damage sits in the driver’s line of sight.

Read the criteria
  • Repair is usually possible when the damage is a small chip or a short crack, outside the driver’s primary viewing area, with no spreading.
  • Replacement is normally needed when the crack runs across the screen, reaches the edge, sits directly in the driver’s line of sight, or has been contaminated.
  • It should not wait if the damage grows between journeys, or if water is getting in around the seal.

How it runs

Three steps, no guesswork

1

Send the details

Vehicle make, model and year, which glass is damaged, and where the vehicle is kept.

2

Assessment and quote

We confirm whether it is a repair or a replacement, and quote against the part and the vehicle — not against a headline price.

3

Work arranged

Once you accept the quote, the job is scheduled. Nothing is booked before the quote is agreed.

Where we work

Customers across Europe

We take enquiries from owners, fleets and commercial operators across Europe. Every job is confirmed against the vehicle, the glass part and the location before anything is scheduled — we do not quote from a postcode alone, and we do not claim branches we do not have.

Glass damaged now?

Send the damage details and we will tell you what it needs — repair, replacement, or nothing yet.
